- We also have evaporated cooling throughout the whole boarding kennels' complex
- We have a separated boarding kennels room at The Basin providing your dog an individual comfort & safety needs which they have access to their exercise yard.
- We also cater for large breeds with our extra large boarding kennels.
- We have a large roof collection area, so we use 100% rain water also the wash down water is reused for watering the Dog Runs.
- We also have a 5 KW Solar Power system in our boarding kennels, keeping us as self-sufficient as we can.
- Our boarding kennels cattery in The Basin has also undergone a total refurbishment, with heating and cooling offering modern multi-level accommodation to help keep your cat amused and comfortable during their stay with us.
- Our boarding kennels also offer Palliative care for sick or Injured, geriatric & insulin dependent Pets or medication of any Pet’s.
- We offer 24 seven around the clock care of all our pets.

What are your trading hours?

We are open 7 days a week from 8 am to 5 pm. Our The Basin boarding kennels still have so much to do outside of those hours we are very strict in enforcing them.
Will my dog or cat get to play?

Yes, Our The Basin staff love to play with cats and dogs. Dogs love to play ball and tug of war or just sit on your lap and be cuddled. Cats love to play with the various toys and have a cuddle too, so they will enjoy our boarding kennels and cattery.
