Tommy at Philcon has been Very unprofessional.He got paid in full and took off, and did not complete the work. Stopped receiving calls. When contacted via other numbers, he commits to complete it, but never shows up. Unethical way of working and false promise. Gives you a very competitive quote, but then, this is how he would make the extra buck ! never approach him for work ! NOT RECOMMENDED. Tommy !! All the best running your business this way !
