Answers to Questions
What makes Plan International different?
Children are at the heart of everything we do. Our Southbank charity work in more than 51 developing countries and raise funds to support our work in 21 countries like Australia.
Where does my money go with your charity?
76% of funds raised go to our programs overseas to help poor Southbank communities in need. Call our charity on 137526 or send an email through info@plan.org.au for more information.
Why doesn't my money go directly to children?
To create lasting change, a child cannot be isolated from a family, or a family from a community. Direct assistance to individual families often creates dependency. Our charity programs in Southbankare designed to encourage community participation and offer long-term, sustainable solutions rather than short-term welfare assistance.
