Hot water change over specials terms and conditions

Supply and installation of New hot water unit will include a full manufacturer’s warranty and 6 year workmanship warranty.
Changeover of existing external gas storage, continuous flow/instantaneous or electric hot water system will be installed in the same location. Internal units will need site visit or photos of old installation
Hot, cold and gas points stay in same location and will be altered to suit new installation. If isolation valves are non compliant additional charges will be incurred to replace them.
The cost of additional works is not included. If the unit needs to be relocated due to non-compliance or the existing gas line is undersized and needs upgrading or the electric circuitary requires ammendedment then a quote prior to commencement will be provided for approval.
An electrical power point and electrical safety switch for continuous flow hot water units is required. If they are not available there will be an additional charges will be incurred.
All jobs will be issued with a compliance certificate at an additional cost of $35
