I was witness to my partner being verbally abused by the receptionist. She called my wife "stupid" for wanting to speak to the property manager regarding a 400% increase in rates. When I called I advised it that I was recording the call. It became abusive to me and also lied. If anyone wants to hear the recording I will send it to them.

STAY AWAY!!! They do nothing, they hide when you need anything and they lie freely! There was an emergency repair needed on a broken fence which was falling down on our property with nails protruding and they did ZERO. The next door neighbour had to repair the fence as it was dangerous and there were children living at the property. After 2 years of NO ACTION and requesting to replace our front fence which had also fallen down and was literally in pieces (using the money in OUR body corp kitty) we requested to change body corporate companies. THEY THEN RECOMMENDED ANOTHER BUSINESS TO USE and then disappeared. They wouldn't answer emails, they would pick up the phone and hang up... I even heard the manager in the background talking as the receptionist told us he wasn't in the office. They then rallied other property owners (through more lies) to block the changeover. They are disgusting in the way that they act and how they treat people. NEVER USE MCKIE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.

Terrible service, unprofessional, and very shoddy way of dealing with things. They ignore what is agreed upon during annual meetings, they try push for unnecessary repairs to be undertaken at over inflated prices (most likely with their own personal tradesman- I wouldn't be surprised if they receive kickbacks) when the owners have clearly expressed other desires and priorities, and then they ignore emails and questions of concern. Would steer WELL AND TRULY clear of this mob - bunch of crooks. I would give ZERO stars if I could.
