Replaced our locks just before christmas. Within a few days one of the locks had completely broken off and another has become almost unusable. Informed him and initially he was on 'holidays' but promised when he'd come back he'd do something about it. Well it's mid-February now and I've called and texted since but no response. He is overpriced, his work is erratic and once he is paid he just doesn't care. Avoid him at all costs. Avoid this business at all costs.
