Beware of this company, their driver tried to charge us extra on delivery, after we had paid their contractor Harvey Norman, they wanted an extra $20 from my wife to take a new mattress up one flight of stairs, when I came down the stairs it became heated and they ran out the door with out their beer money. Harvey Norman sent out two staff members to finish the delivery. We have never encountered this before, and I am sure the tax department would love to know of this practice. Beware not to be trusted.
