UNICEF is the United Nations Children's Fund, the driving force that helps build the world where the rights of every child are realised. Our Sydney Aid Organisations and Groups works in 190 countries and territories with a focus on improving the lives of the most disadvantaged and excluded children. Working with the government and partners, UNICEF helped provide clean water to nearly a million people, deliver emergency health kits to depleted clinics, reunite lost children with their families and run safe spaces and temporary schools for thousands of students. UNICEF and its partners also helped families rebuild their homes better with cash grants and emergency preparedness training to help respond to future disasters.

Established in 1966, the Australian National Committee for UNICEF's purpose is to support UNICEF's global mission. Our Sydney aid organisations and groups do this primarily by raising funds for overseas programs and, secondly, by advocating for children's rights internationally and domestically.     You can make a donation to our Sydney Aid Organisations and Groups via our Appeals page on our website or call 1300 884 233. If you don't want to use a credit card, there are two other options for donating to UNICEF. You can Donate by Cheque/Money Order Or you can donate directly into UNICEF's bank account. We look forward to hearing from you.

  • Will I receive a receipt for my donation?

    Yes. At the end of the financial year, our Sydney Aid Organisations and Groups will send you a receipt that details all of your transactions with UNICEF for those 12 months. We send our supporter receipts annually to save on our administration costs, however, you can request a receipt at any time by contacting us on 1300 884 233. We look forward to hearing from you.

  • Can I update my contact and payment details on the website?

    Unfortunately, not at this time. However, our Sydney Aid Organisations and Groups are making plans to make this functionality available in the near future.
